How many of us focus on perceived faults of our body? We think we are overweight. We think our hips are too fat, etc. With this meditation you will learn how to focus on what really matters. There are millions of things the body has to do to function properly. Let’s focus on and give thanks for all of the beautiful things our bodies do rather than what we think is wrong with ourselves. Let’s move past shallow societal standards and now give thanks for all the things our bodies do for us.
