What is a spirit guide?

Kristi’s definition: the highest form of truth and compassion, here to keep you aligned with the universe. Your guides will never be negative.

You have one main guide with you from cradle to grave. Kristi calls them the conductor of the orchestra. Other guides step forward and step back as your life changes. And guiding you is their job, so don’t worry about bugging them.

When Kristi met her main guide

“I asked his name, and he showed me symbols. I said, I cannot pronounce symbols. Do you have a nickname? He said, just use the first two letters. M. E. Me.”

Most people get something much simpler. Kristi hears a lot of Bobs, Bills, and Bens.

• Explore past lives together, and the star systems they come from.
